Anyone can register with this Web site. It’s true that our primary user audience comprises graduates of South Hills High School in West Covina, CA, and especially those who graduated in 1969 and their families. Others are welcome to join, too. Just keep in mind that this site and its content are monitored and managed so that we will retain our focus on SHHS, SHHS graduates, and the Class of 1969 in particular.
That’s right: you can write and publish material on this Web site.Well, within limits, of course:

That is, your material must have some relation to graduates of South Hills High School. And, by submitting it to us, you implicitly give us permission to publish it online for free use by our members. That is, you retain the copyright to your material and are free to sell it to other media, but you publish it here knowing no fee will be paid and that it will be out on the Web. For free.
Generally Speaking, No Advertsing
When you submit an article, blog, forum message, calendar event, or Web link to us to be published, the material cannot be a blatant or subtle advertisement of your products or services. If you announce a flea market for a charitable cause, well, that’s different. If you want to advertise on this site, we can accommodate you. For a fee. Contact us for more information about that.
Do You Like Free Expression?
Control yourself. Families and children use this Web site. Don’t use any word or phrase you don’t want your 5-year old child or grandchild (!) to use. If this doesn’t matter to you, it does to us. We will edit or reject material that is profane, contains profanity, or is sexual in nature. There are plenty of other Web sites for things like that. If that fails to satisfy your need to express yourself colorfully, join the Navy. You’ll fit in well.
Find An Incorrectly Reported Fact?
You are certainly welcome to point out errors in fact. This may be open to interpretation and misinterpretation, so be judicious in your application of this privilege. And, while you’re at it, remember not to shoot the messenger. Flames and flame wars will not occur here.
Are You a Member of a Political Party?
Congratulations. We don’t care. We also don’t care to turn our site or any element of it, including the Forum, into a political launching pad. Take your stump speech against fascist conservatives or left-wing liberals or whatever somewhere else.
